We have identified that over 60% of the hires made at companies just like yours never go through a detailed and formalized reference and verification process. These numbers don't include calling those three or four names that candidates post on the back of their resumes (Profile refers to these reference names as "gimmies" because generally they always speak highly of the person). The other problem is that internally the hiring managers may need a candidate so badly that they don't ask the difficult questions to references in hopes that they can just hire someone quickly to meet their pressing needs.

At Profile Search International we find that we can find more about the candidate through our reference check process than we could through a personal interview. Having this information when making a hiring decision is crucial to the success of the hiring manager and the company. Typical poor hires cost companies an average of $15,000.00 per hire. Those are numbers that we can't afford here at Profile, and we know that our clients cannot afford the down time or cost associated with poor hiring decisions.

Profile Search International can be contracted to perform inexpensive, professional and detailed reference and verification checks on a per candidate basis.

Our fees are only $200.00 per candidate and include:

• Profile asking your candidate for appropriate references outside of those typically provided.
• Profile contacting the Educational Institutions with Verification of Degree.
• Profile contacting past employers to ensure that information is correct and employers were satisfied with the work accomplished by the individual.
