Our placements are backed by our guarantee. Our candidates will meet and continue to meet your expectations, or we will perform another search for you at no additional cost. Guarantee periods are normally one year to six months, depending upon the nature and seniority of the position.

We strive for long-term, committed relationships. We guarantee all of our customers that we will not source candidates from their employee base for a minimum of two years from the date of our last project.

The Position Success Profile follows from the Position Mandate and is a recruitment, selection and evaluation tool used by our consultants to identify potential candidates. The Position Success Profile captures specific Knowledge, Skills and Attributes that are required for success in the position and is closely matched to the Position Mandate.
